OUR LEADERSHIP

Pastor Michael Booker has served since 2002 as the Lead Pastor with a heart for revival and for people to know Christ. He holds an Ordained Bishop’s credential with the Church of God and has served in ministry since 1996.  His wife, Charmian, serves in Children’s and Ladies’ Ministry.  They have a strong commitment to seeing God do amazing things through the ministry of Covenant Fellowship.
Pastors Paul & Lisa Moss  serve as the Pastors over the Ministry of Helps. Paul also serves as the Deacon of Transportation. Their vision for the Ministry of Helps can be summed up in this acronym: “Having Enough Loving People Serving”. This ministry recognizes that it takes people serving and loving in many roles to facilitate the work of the kingdom of God.
Pastors Mark and Lisa Karwowski have been in ministry since 2004. Mark serves as Deacon of Finance. Lisa leads New Life Restoration with a heart to see people delivered and set free from life-controlling problems. Lisa has labored relentlessly as she built the NLR program from the ground up. Mark is also a certified Dave Ramsey Financial Coach. Between these two leaders exists a strong desire to see people experience true freedom in Christ.
Tyler Carter serves as the Production Director as he oversees all the audio, video, and lighting as he manages what is seen and heard in-house and online during church services. His vision is to have an effective production flow that allows the congregation to worship with no distractions. His main goal is to ensure that the team members play their part in setting an atmosphere that allows ministry to take place both on-site and on streaming platforms.
Kevin and Julianna Jones serve as the Worship Pastors and have been involved in worship ministry here for about 12 years. They have a vision to see CFC go deeper and deeper in worship, and to create an atmosphere where God can be glorified and lives can be transformed. Each week, they seek to write a love letter to God through worship, to have the CFC body be constantly in His presence, and to join with the pastor and pastoral staff in following the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Jessica Rice has served as the Children’s Pastor at Covenant Fellowship since 2015. She and her husband, DJ, believe that kids do not have to wait until they’re older to know the life-changing power of Jesus. They are excited for an opportunity to partner with families in helping build a biblical foundation that children will have for the rest of their lives and to empower children to discover the love of God and their identity in Him. The Kids’ program will lead children to encounter God, love one another, and serve daily.
Pastor JJ and Naomi Cox serve as the Young Adult Pastors. Naomi also serves as the Creative Director, handling all digital and print projects, social media, website, and marketing needs. She and JJ are also full-time Evangelists who travel nationwide presenting The Gospel through art and share a powerful testimony of Jesus transforming disability into ability.
